Programs and workshops
Insight & Influence offer a range of Programs and Workshops that are designed to be delivered in-house.
These programs and workshops are focused on specific leadership skills and topics rather than the broad leadership development agenda of our bespoke corporate programs.
What they share with all our leadership development programs is an emphasis on:
- the application of what is learned in the workplace,
- leadership based on understanding and influencing your followers, and
- developing leadership at the individual, group and organisational levels.
