Implementation Support
Organisational change is heavily dependent on the effectiveness of change leaders. A key contribution of Insight & Influence to the success of our clients’ change efforts is our one to one work with change leaders. We challenge and support change leaders to take control of change. Our coaching is structured through our “Aspire” coaching methodology™ that ensures that the coaching is focused on aligned change objectives and specific deadlines. All our change coaches have advanced qualifications in psychology and business and experience in senior leadership roles.
Stakeholder Influence
Successful change requires that a variety of stakeholders be successfully influenced to support change. We apply our knowledge and experience in social influence and persuasion to help clients develop internal and external communication campaigns that effectively and ethically influence support for organisational restructures, public floats, re-branding, M&A’s, major market initiatives, alliance projects and significant tenders.
