How are we different?

Outcome focused

Leadership in organisations is purposeful - results matter. Our leadership development programs are closely aligned with the strategic and business plans driving change in our client organisations. We ensure our participants connect and apply what they gain from our programs to their challenges in their workplace. We aim to improve leadership performance not potential.

Leadership - not just the leader

Leadership is about influencing your followers to do what you ask of them. Effective leadership requires understanding your followers and tailoring your leadership actions accordingly. Leadership cannot be developed in isolation from the context in which it occurs, yet this is exactly what most leadership development programs attempt to do. All our work, in change leadership consulting, assessment and development, emphasises the need for leaders to understand both themselves and their followers if they are to succeed.

Three Levels of Leadership

Personal - leadership starts with the personal resources, aspirations and actions of each leader. Our progams start with building on the strengths of our participants, clarifying their aspirations and ambitions and integrating these into their leadership development plans.

Team - leadership is a social not an individual activity. We enhance the influence of our participants within the groups in their workplace. We help them to create the right conditions for successful team work.

Organisational - to have influence in their organisation, leaders need to understand the forces driving change in their marketplace, the beliefs driving and inhibiting change amongst their staff as well as the network of interests and influence throughout their organisation.

One of our key offerings is executive coaching. This can take place as part of a larger leadership development program or as an individual coaching program.
